3. Current Position
Senior Customer Consultant
Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Customer Consultant, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer enjoys the quality service of Cutetinies. You will be committed to understanding the needs of customers and guiding them to purchase all products in-store and overseas. You will proactively connect with customers and keep in touch to achieve your personal/store goals, and will be a role model for the team and support management operations responsibilities.
Customer Experience Manager
Job Responsibilities: Guide and train CRM practices and customer satisfaction, enable each member of the store team to achieve excellence, and be a link between the central team and the store team to successfully implement all CRM programs (gifts, CRM, events and experiences).
