This Privacy Policy (along with the terms and conditions applicable in your country/region and all related documents mentioned herein) applies to the services provided by this platform, including browsing and searching the platform's pages, purchasing products from our partners, using our mobile applications, or using the products and services we provide in connection with any of the aforementioned activities.

We will only collect and process your personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Reading and agreeing to this policy will not directly result in us collecting and processing your personal information. We collect and process personal information based on your active provision or completion of relevant personal information. When you enter our platform and click to agree to this Privacy Policy, you can browse our platform as a visitor. b. Register as a user
If you wish to purchase goods from the platform, you must first register an account. You can register an account on our mini program mall. When creating an account on our website, you must submit at least the following information: your name, mobile phone number (or email address), and the password you have created. When creating an account on our mobile app client, you must submit at least the following information: your mobile phone number, the password you have created, and your name. When creating an account on the mini-program, you must provide at least the following information: your mobile phone number and the password you create.
If you only need to use browsing and search services, you can browse and search as a guest without registering a personal account or providing the above information.
When registering an account on our website, if you can provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with a better service experience. You may choose to provide us with or allow us to collect the following information: mobile phone number. You may create a personalized account using a nickname. However, if you do not provide the aforementioned information, it will not affect the basic functionality of this service.
The additional account information and social media information you provide will help us offer personalized product or service recommendations and create a better shopping experience. Logging into our mobile application via a social media platform, or linking your account on our website to your social media platform account, constitutes your authorization for us to obtain the necessary login information and content from these accounts. The specific types of information we may obtain depend on your relevant account or platform settings and will be used in accordance with their privacy policies, within the scope of your authorized consent.
Through your personal account, you can also invite friends to shop on our platform via email, social media platforms, or other methods. Please obtain their permission before sharing their contact information with us. We will inform them that we obtained their specific information from you. Please ensure that you only forward our invitation links and emails to friends who are interested in our platform.
c. Generating Orders
When you wish to order products, you need to register an account on our platform in order to place an order. We will use your personal information (including your name, address, telephone number, email address, identity, and payment information—such as debit or credit card details) or the information you provide about other recipients (including the recipient's name, address, and contact number) to help us process and fulfill your order. Your identity and payment information are considered sensitive personal information. The collection and use of such information are necessary to enable the transaction functionality of our platform; otherwise, the transaction cannot be completed. The order will include the order number, details of the products or services you have purchased, the amount you are required to pay, and the payment method. To facilitate your understanding and management of order information, we will collect order information generated during your use of our services to display it to you and assist you in managing your orders. You may optionally provide the recipient's landline phone number and email address to add additional contact information to ensure accurate delivery of the goods or services. However, failing to provide this information will not affect the generation of your order.
You may purchase products on behalf of others. In such cases, you must provide the actual purchaser's recipient name, delivery address, and recipient contact phone number. If the information involves personal information of minors under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of the minor's parents or other legal guardians prior to providing such information.
The aforementioned “order information” will be used for identity verification, transaction confirmation, payment settlement, logistics delivery, customer service inquiries, and after-sales service; it may also be used to determine whether there are any abnormalities in your account or transactions to ensure the security of your transactions. d. Payment and Delivery
After placing an order, you may use third-party payment institutions (Visa, Mastercard) that we collaborate with to process payments. To comply with legal requirements for payment institutions to verify the authenticity of transactions, payment institutions may need to obtain your order-related delivery information (including payer name, recipient name, bank account, shipping address, and phone number) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “payment verification information”). Therefore, we need to share your payment verification information, along with your order number and transaction amount information, with these payment institutions to enable them to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment. To enable us to promptly monitor and confirm your payment progress and status, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect information related to payment progress from the transaction counterparties you have selected and third-party payment institutions. Bank account and shipping address information may be considered sensitive information. The collection and use of such information are necessary to enable the transaction functions of our platform; otherwise, the transaction cannot be completed. To ensure that the goods and/or services you purchase are delivered smoothly, safely, and accurately, we will disclose order-related delivery information to third-party delivery companies providing delivery services to complete the order delivery. You acknowledge and agree that the relevant logistics and delivery entities will inevitably obtain and use your delivery information for the purpose of completing the delivery. To enable us to promptly monitor and confirm delivery progress and status, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect information related to logistics delivery progress from logistics service providers.
e. Customs Clearance
For goods purchased on this platform, in order to complete ID verification and customs clearance (including return declarations, as applicable), you must provide the following valid ID information during the ordering process: i) ID information matching the payer's name for cross-border e-commerce item declarations, or ii) ID information matching the payer's name and an ID photo for personal item entry declarations. You must ensure that the identity information of the purchaser and payer is consistent. You hereby authorize our partnered delivery service providers to act as your agent to handle the declaration and customs clearance for the goods and upload the relevant ID information according to the following procedures. We and/or our partnered delivery service providers may contact your mobile phone to collect the relevant ID information during the process of handling the declaration and customs clearance for the goods. If you designate another person as the recipient, you must obtain their consent and grant the corresponding authorization on behalf of the recipient designated in the order.
We and our customs clearance and delivery service providers will securely store and strictly keep confidential the ID information you submit. After submitting the required ID information on this platform, you will not need to submit the information through other channels. We will automatically recognize and apply the submitted payer's identity information during your next purchase.
Please be aware that due to current cross-border e-commerce policy restrictions, your items may not be eligible for declaration via the cross-border e-commerce model during the declaration process. In such cases, we will switch to an alternative suitable customs clearance method on your behalf. In scenarios involving customs declaration for personal items, your ID photo may also be required. You may upload your ID photo on the ID information collection page.
ID-related information is considered personal sensitive information. Processing such personal information is necessary to verify IDs and facilitate cross-border e-commerce or personal item import clearance. If you do not provide ID-related information, we may cancel your order and subsequently process a refund due to the inability to complete customs declaration and clearance.
f. Providing Customer Service
If you contact our customer service team or provide feedback via email, phone, instant messaging tools, or other means for any reason, we will use your information (including your name, phone number, and email address) to help us categorize, respond to, and appropriately investigate the communication content to resolve any issues or situations you may encounter. We will retain your communication/call records and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you provide). We may also use your phone number or email address to provide you with ongoing updates regarding your order status or any related issues. When you require pre-sales consultation or customer service and after-sales support related to your order information, we will review your access records or order information. -Network: When you run this platform's mobile application on your mobile device, you may allow us to enable your network access permission to ensure the normal operation of this platform's application.
