1. Order Processing Time


Order Processing Time: We will process your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.


Order Confirmation: Once we confirm your order, we will send the order confirmation and shipping information via email. Please make sure the email address provided is correct so that you can receive relevant notifications.


2. Shipping Methods


We offer a variety of shipping methods to provide you with the best shopping experience. The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, which is applicable to most areas.


3. Shipping Fees


Standard Shipping: Free shipping for orders over $59.99, and a flat rate of $7.68.


4. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and shipping company information. You can track your package in the following ways:


Visit the shipping company website and enter the tracking number for query.


View the shipping status through the "My Orders" page on the Cutetinies website by clicking on the relevant order.


5. Recipient Signature


Recipient Signature: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. If the recipient is unable to sign for the package, the shipping company may arrange for re-delivery or return the package.


Signature Issue: If the package you received is damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 24 hours after signing for it. We will try our best to resolve the problem and assist you with related matters.


6. Delivery Delay


We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but in some cases, such as severe weather, natural disasters, traffic control and other force majeure factors, delivery may be delayed. We will promptly notify you of updates on the order status by email or SMS.


7. Exchanges and Returns


We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to return or exchange the product, please refer to the following regulations:


Return conditions: The product should be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and packaged intact (labels, tags, etc.) within 30 days from the date of receipt.


Return process: Please log in to your account, enter the "My Orders" page, select the product you want to return, and apply for a return according to the prompts. Our customer service team will provide a specific return address and instructions after receiving the application.


Return costs: If the reason for the return is product quality issues, we will bear the return shipping costs; if it is for personal reasons (such as dislike, size is not suitable, etc.), the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
